Our company is working hard to ensure our customer’s safety and happiness!
To ensure Boujilash customers safety it’s important to remind you that unfortunately we are unable to receive returned items due to the nature of Boujilash products.

By checking out you agree that all product sales are final; any defective or damaged products are covered under our Boujilash 15-day guarantee. This policy which allows a 100% money back when receiving a damaged or defective item by returning it within 15 days from the day you received your product. Please contact us at immediately with your order number and one to three photos of your product if you received a damaged or defective item, and we’ll be more than happy to help you. The refund will qualify according to the company's return and refund policy.

If your Boujilash is damaged under the conditions specified in this policy, but you still want your product instead of a refund. We will send you a replacement of the product that is damaged or defective, and in case you received your package with a missing item, we guarantee a brand-new kit at no extra cost, both processes need to be done under the 15 days.

If you wish to return your product, any of the items that will be returned must be unopened and in the original plastic package, we cannot accept returns of opened products for the safety of everyone.

The product won’t qualify for refund if:

- It’s been more than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or replacement as it’s the company’s policy.

- It’s been over 15 calendar days since date of receipt and your noticing the product is damaged or missing.

- If the product was twisted from it's original shape.

- If the product was damaged by a third party (damaged during transit in hands of the post office, damaged by leaving the package in bad weather, damaged by animals or any person who has access to your mail box). We work hard to make sure every kit is sent in the original plastic wrap and with the right sterilization we can't guarantee a refund for a product that was damaged by any of the above.

- If the product have been modified/cut they will not be acceptable for a refund or replacement.

- If the address provided is incorrect.

The product can qualify for a refund if:

- One of the magnetic lashes is missing a magnet (thus making it impossible to use the product).

- If the lash applicator is missing from the kit or has no magnet on the applicator's magnetic strip (making it complicated to apply the lashes without the applicator).

- If the hair is not correctly attached and its falling off.

Once the product is inspected and the refund is qualified according to the Return and Refund Policy, the system will start processing the refund from the last purchase.

Observation: The company offers no reimbursement for return shipping.

Shipping and Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and depending on stock of items shipping may vary between 3-7 days. We don't ship products on the weekend. We use USPS and their delivery may take 7-12 days. Once the package is in the possession of the carrier, their delays or timeline is out of the control of Boujilash.  In addition, Boujilash is also not responsible for failure of delivery from USPS or lost packages, and refunds won't qualify in this case.
